F uggite di mezzo a Babilonia, salvi ognuno la sua vita, guardate di non perire per l’iniquità di lei! Poiché questo è il tempo della vendetta del Signore; egli le dà la sua retribuzione.

Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and save every man his life; be ye not cut off in her iniquity: for this is the time of Jehovah's vengeance: he shall render unto her a recompence.
