N ebuzaradan, capo delle guardie, deportò a Babilonia il residuo della gente che era ancora nella città, quelli che erano andati ad arrendersi a lui e il resto del popolo.

أمّا بَقِيَّةُ الشَّعبِ الَّذِي بَقِيَ فِي المَدِينَةِ وَالَّذِينَ هَرَبُوا إلَى البابِلِيِّينَ وَبَقِيَّةِ الحَرفِيِّينَ، فَقَدْ سَباهُمْ نَبُوزَرادانُ رَئِيسُ الحَرَسِ، إلَى بابِلَ.
