A llora tu risponderai loro: “Perché i vostri padri mi hanno abbandonato”, dice il Signore, “sono andati dietro ad altri dèi, li hanno serviti e si sono prostrati davanti a loro, hanno abbandonato me e non hanno osservato la mia legge.

Then you are to say to them, ‘ It is because your forefathers have forsaken Me,’ declares the Lord, ‘and have followed other gods and served them and bowed down to them; but Me they have forsaken and have not kept My law.
