p er mettere, per dare agli afflitti di Sion un diadema invece di cenere, olio di gioia invece di dolore, il mantello di lode invece di uno spirito abbattuto, affinché siano chiamati querce di giustizia, la piantagione del Signore, per mostrare la sua gloria.

To grant to those who mourn in Zion—to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit—that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
