E leazar, figlio di Aaronne, prese per moglie una delle figlie di Putiel ed ella gli partorì Fineas. Questi sono i capi delle famiglie dei Leviti nei loro diversi rami.

Eleazar, Aaron’s son, took one of the daughters of Putiel as wife; and she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites by their families.
