Giobbe 1:5 ~ Job 1:5

Q uando i giorni della festa terminavano, Giobbe li faceva venire per purificarli; si alzava di buon mattino e offriva un olocausto per ciascuno di essi, perché diceva: «Può darsi che i miei figli abbiano peccato e abbiano rinnegato Dio in cuor loro». Giobbe faceva sempre così. Giobbe accusato da Satana

And when the days of their feasting were over, Job sent for them to purify and hallow them, and rose up early in the morning and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all. For Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned and cursed or disowned God in their hearts. Thus did Job at all times.
