Ester 2:8 ~ Esther 2:8

Q uando l’ordine del re e il suo decreto furono divulgati, e un gran numero di ragazze furono accolte nella residenza reale di Susa sotto la sorveglianza di Egai, anche Ester fu condotta nella casa del re, sotto la sorveglianza di Egai, guardiano delle donne.

So it came to pass, when the king's commandment and his decree was heard, and when many maidens were gathered together unto Shushan the palace, to the custody of Hegai, that Esther was taken into the king's house, to the custody of Hegai, keeper of the women.
