Ester 2:15 ~ Esther 2:15

Q uando venne il turno di Ester – la figlia di Abiail, zio di Mardocheo che l’aveva adottata come figlia – di andare dal re, lei non domandò altro che quello che le fu indicato da Egai, eunuco del re, guardiano delle donne. Ester si guadagnava il favore di tutti quelli che la vedevano.

Now when the turn for Esther the daughter of Abihail, the uncle of Mordecai who had taken her as his own daughter, had come to go in to the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king’s attendant, the keeper of the women, suggested. And Esther won favor in the sight of all who saw her.
