H ai aperto il mare davanti a loro, ed essi sono passati in mezzo al mare all’asciutto; tu hai gettato nell’abisso quelli che li inseguivano, come una pietra in fondo ad acque vorticose.

And thou didst divide the sea before them, and they went through the midst of the sea on dry; and their pursuers thou threwest into the depths, as a stone into the mighty waters.
