M a quando fu divenuto potente, il suo cuore, insuperbitosi, si pervertì, ed egli commise un’infedeltà contro il Signore, il suo Dio, entrando nel tempio del Signore per bruciare dell’incenso sull’altare dei profumi.

But when he was strong, his heart was lifted up, so that he did corruptly, and he trespassed against Jehovah his God; for he went into the temple of Jehovah to burn incense upon the altar of incense.
