Q uando Ieoram ebbe preso possesso del regno di suo padre e vi si fu solidamente stabilito, fece morire di spada tutti i suoi fratelli, come pure alcuni dei capi d’Israele.

Now when Jehoram had become king in the place of his father, and had made himself strong, he killed all his brothers with the sword. He killed some of the leaders of Israel also.
