D opo qualche anno scese a Samaria da Acab; e Acab fece uccidere per lui e per la gente che era con lui un gran numero di pecore e buoi, e lo convinse a marciare con lui contro Ramot di Galaad.

And after years he went down to Ahab, to Samaria. And Ahab killed sheep and oxen for him in abundance, and for the people that were with him, and urged him to go up against Ramoth-Gilead.
