H o impiegato tutte le mie forze a preparare, per la casa del mio Dio, oro per ciò che dev’essere d’oro, argento per ciò che dev’essere d’argento, bronzo per ciò che dev’essere di bronzo, ferro per ciò che dev’essere di ferro e legname per ciò che dev’essere di legno, pietre d’onice e pietre da incastonare, pietre brillanti e di diversi colori, ogni specie di pietre preziose e marmo bianco in gran quantità.

and with all my power I have prepared for the house of my God, the gold for gold, and the silver for silver, and the brass for brass, the iron for iron, and the wood for wood, shoham stones, and settings, and stones of painting and of diverse colours, and all precious stone, and stones of white marble, in abundance.
