D avide disse ancora a suo figlio Salomone: «Sii forte, fatti coraggio, e mettiti all’opera; non temere, non ti sgomentare; perché il Signore, Dio, il mio Dio, sarà con te; egli non ti lascerà e non ti abbandonerà fino a che tutta l’opera per il servizio della casa del Signore sia compiuta.

And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the Lord God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord.
