I l Signore disse: «Farò sparire anche il regno di Giuda dalla mia presenza come ho fatto con il regno d’Israele; e respingerò Gerusalemme, la città che mi ero scelta, e la casa della quale avevo detto: “Là sarà il mio nome”».

and Jehovah saith, `Also Judah I turn aside from my presence, as I turned Israel aside, and I have rejected this city that I have chosen -- Jerusalem, and the house of which I said, My name is there.'
