M a Ioseba, figlia del re Ioram, sorella di Acazia, prese Ioas, figlio di Acazia, dal gruppo dei figli del re che stavano per essere uccisi, e lo nascose con la sua balia nella camera dei letti; così sfuggì alle ricerche di Atalia e non fu messo a morte.

But Jehosheba, the daughter of king Joram, sister of Ahaziah, took Joash, the son of Ahaziah, and stole him from among the king’s sons which were slain; and they hid him, even him and his nurse, in the bedchamber from Athaliah, so that he was not slain.
