I n quel giorno il re consacrò la parte di mezzo del cortile, che è davanti alla casa del Signore; poiché offrì in quel luogo gli olocausti, le offerte e i grassi dei sacrifici di riconoscenza, dato che l’altare di bronzo, che è davanti al Signore, era troppo piccolo per contenere gli olocausti, le offerte e i grassi dei sacrifici di riconoscenza.

On that same day the king consecrated the middle of the court that was before the Lord’s house; there he offered burnt offerings, cereal offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the bronze altar that was before the Lord was too small to receive the offerings.
