L e ossa di Saul e di Gionatan suo figlio furono sepolte nel paese di Beniamino, a Sela, nella tomba di Chis, padre di Saul; fu fatto tutto quello che il re aveva ordinato. Dopo questo, Dio fu placato verso il paese. Ultime imprese contro i Filistei

and they buried the bones of Saul and Jonathan, his son, in the land of Benjamin in Zelah, in the sepulchre of Kish his father; and they performed all that the king commanded. And after that God was intreated for the land.
