S o the Philistines were beaten. They did not come into the land of Israel again. And the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel’s life.

Così i Filistei furono umiliati e non tornarono piú ad invadere il territorio d'Israele; e la mano dell'Eterno fu contro i Filistei per tutto il tempo di Samuele.
