T hen David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword and spears. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of All, the God of the armies of Israel, Whom you have stood against.

فَقالَ داوُدُ: «أنتَ تَأْتِي لِتُحارِبَنِي بِسَيفٍ وَبِرُمحٍ وَبِحَرْبَةٍ، أمّا أنا فَآتِي لِأُحارِبُكَ بِاسْمِ اللهِ القَدِيرِ، إلَهِ جُيُوشِ إسْرائِيلَ الَّذِي أهَنْتَهُ.
