S o on the day of battle there was no sword or spear in the hands of any of the people who were with Saul and Jonathan. But Saul and his son Jonathan had them.

Da nun der Streittag kam, ward kein Schwert noch Spieß gefunden in des ganzen Volkes Hand, das mit Saul und Jonathan war; nur Saul und sein Sohn Jonathan hatten Waffen.
