S amson took hold of the two center pillars that held up the building. He pushed against them, with his right hand on one and his left hand on the other.

Then Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood and on which it was borne up, and leaned upon them, on the one with his right hand and on the other with his left.
