J oshua said to them, “If you have many people, go up among the trees and clear a place for yourselves in the land of the Perizzites and the Rephaim, since the hill country of Ephraim is too narrow for you.”

Da sprach Josua zu ihnen: Weil du ein großes Volk bist, so gehe hinauf in den Wald und haue um daselbst im Lande die Pheresiter und Riesen, weil dir das Gebirge Ephraim zu enge ist.
