T he sons of Israel took for themselves all the riches of these cities and the cattle. But they killed every man with the sword until they had destroyed them. They left no one who breathed.

I figli d'Israele presero per sé tutto il bottino di quelle città e il bestiame, ma passarono a fil di spada tutti gli uomini fino a sterminarli, e non lasciarono anima viva.
