T hey ran from Israel. And while they ran from Beth-horon, the Lord made large hail-stones fall from heaven on them as far as Azekah, and they died. More died from the hail-stones than the sons of Israel killed with the sword.

Pe cînd fugeau ei dinaintea lui Israel, şi se pogorau din Bet-Horon, Domnul a făcut să cadă din cer peste ei nişte pietre mari pînă la Azeca, şi au perit; cei ce au murit de pietrele grindinei au fost mai mulţi decît cei ucişi cu sabia de copiii lui Israel.
