I n the morning you will say, ‘If it were only evening!’ In the evening you will say, ‘If it were only morning!’ because of the fear of your heart, and the things your eyes see.

Des Morgens wirst du sagen: Ach, daß es Abend wäre! des Abends wirst du sagen: Ach, das es Morgen wäre! vor Furcht deines Herzens, die dich schrecken wird, und vor dem, was du mit deinen Augen sehen wirst.
