t hen the Lord will bring bad diseases on you and your children, hard and lasting diseases and sicknesses.

فَإنَّ اللهَ سَيَجلِبُ عُقُوباتٍ فَظِيعَةً وَغَيرَ عادِيَّةٍ، عُقُوباتٍ شَدِيدَةً وَمُزمِنَةً، وَأمراضاً مَؤلِمَةً وَمُزمِنَةً عَلَيكُمْ وَعَلَى نَسلِكُمْ.
