W hen the leaders have finished speaking to the people, they will choose heads of the army to lead the people.

وَحِينَ يَنتَهِي الرُّؤَساءُ مِنْ مُخَاطَبَةِ الجَيشِ، يُعَيِّنُونَ قادَةً لِفِرَقِه.
