( It is known as the land of the Rephaim also. For Rephaim once lived in it. But the Amorites call them Zamzummin,

وَأرْضُ العَمُّونِيِّينَ أيضاً تُعتَبَرُ أرْضَ رَفائِيِّينَ، إذْ سَكَنُوا فِيها قَبلاً. وَقَدْ كانَ العَمُّونِيُّونَ يَدعُونَهُمْ زَمْزُمِيِّينَ.
