C hrist is the power and wisdom of God to those who are chosen to be saved from the punishment of sin for both Jews and Greeks.

أمّا بِالنِّسبَةِ إلَى الَّذِينَ دَعاهُمُ اللهُ، يَهُوداً وَيونانِيِّنَ، فَإنَّنا نُبَشِّرُ بِالمَسِيحِ الَّذِي هُوَ قُوَّةُ اللهِ وَحِكمَتُهُ.
