O ne of the women who listened sold purple cloth. She was from the city of Thyatira. Her name was Lydia and she was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to hear what Paul said.

Una din ele, numită Lidia, vînzătoare de purpură, din cetatea Tiatira, era o femeie temătoare de Dumnezeu, şi asculta. Domnul i -a deschis inima, ca să ia aminte la cele ce spunea Pavel.
