F rom there we went to the city of Philippi. This was an important city in Macedonia. It was ruled by the leaders of the country of Rome. We stayed here for some days.

und von da gen Philippi, welches ist die Hauptstadt des Landes Mazedonien und eine Freistadt. Wir hatten aber in dieser Stadt unser Wesen etliche Tage.
