T he God of the Jews chose our early fathers and made them a great people during the time they lived in the land of Egypt. With a strong hand He took them out from there.

Dumnezeul acestui popor Israel i-a ales pe strămoşii noştri; El l-a înălţat în cinste pe poporul acesta în timpul peregrinării lui în ţara Egiptului şi l-a scos de acolo cu braţul Său puternic.
