John 19:12 ~ Giovanni 19:12

W hen Pilate heard this, he wanted to let Jesus go free. But the Jews kept saying, “If you let this Man go free, you are not a friend of Caesar! Whoever makes himself as a king is working against Caesar.”

Da quel momento Pilato cercava di liberarlo; ma i Giudei gridavano, dicendo: «Se liberi costui non sei amico di Cesare. Chiunque si fa re, si oppone a Cesare».
