T hey asked John again, “Then why do you baptize if you are not the Christ or Elijah or that special One Who was to come to speak for God?”

فَاسْتَفْسَرُوا مِنْهُ وَقالوا: «إنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ أنْتَ المَسِيْحَ، وَلا إيلِيّا، وَلا النَّبِيَّ، فَلِماذا تُعَمِّدُ؟»
