A s for the dead being raised, even Moses spoke of that when he told of the burning bush. There he calls the Lord, the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob.

وَقَدْ بَيَّنَ مُوسَى فِي حادِثَةِ الشُّجَيرَةِ المُشتَعِلَةِ أنَّ اللهَ يُقِيمُ مِنَ المَوتِ. فَقَدْ دُعِيَ الرَّبُّ ‹إلَهَ إبراهِيمَ وَإلَهَ إسْحاقَ وَإلَهَ يَعقُوبَ.›
