Mark 14:1 ~ Mark 14:1

I t was now two days before the supper of the special religious gathering to remember how the Jews left Egypt and the supper of bread without yeast. The religious leaders and the teachers of the Law tried to trap Jesus. They tried to take Him so they could put Him to death.

Now the passover and the unleavened bread was after two days. And the chief priests and the scribes were seeking how they might seize him by subtlety and kill him.
