«يا مُعَلِّمُ، قالَ مُوسَى إنَّهُ إنْ ماتَ رَجُلٌ وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ أولاداً، فَعَلَى أخِيهِ أنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ أرمَلَتَهُ، وَأنْ يُنجِبَ وَلَداً يُنْسَبُ لِأخِيهِ.
