O r if he hit him with a piece of wood in his hand so that he died, he is guilty. For sure the killer will be put to death.

وَإنْ ضَرَبَهُ بِأداةٍ خَشَبِيَّةٍ بِيَدِهِ مِمّا سَبَّبَ مَوتَهُ، فَإنَّ الضّارِبَ يُعتَبَرُ قاتِلاً وَيَنْبَغِي قَتلُهُ.
