T hen Moses said to the people, “Take men from among you and make them ready for war against Midian. They will punish Midian for the Lord.

فَقالَ مُوسَى لِلشَّعبِ: «اختارُوا بَعضاً مِنْ رِجالِكُمْ لِيُهاجِمُوا مِديانَ وَيُعاقِبُوهُمْ عَلَى ما عَمِلُوا ضِدَّ اللهِ.
