T hey make fun of kings and laugh at rulers. They laugh at every strong city and build a battle-wall to take it.

تَستَهزِئُ بابِلُ بِالمُلُوكِ، وَتَسْخَرُ بِالقادَةِ. تَستَهِينُ بِكُلِّ مَدِينَةٍ مُحَصَّنَةٍ. وَتُحاصِرُها بِحَواجِزَ مِنَ التُّرابِ.
