A s you saw the iron mixed with clay, they will try to join with one another. But they will not stay together any more than iron mixes with clay.

And as you saw the iron mixed with miry and earthen clay, so they shall mingle themselves in the seed of men; but they will not hold together, even as iron does not mingle itself with clay.
