Daniel 1:8 ~ ﺩﺍﻧﻴﺎﻝ 1:8

B ut Daniel made up his mind that he would not make himself unclean with the king’s best food and wine. So he asked the head ruler to allow him not to make himself unclean.

أمّا دانيالَ فَقَدْ صَمَّمَ فِي قَلبِهِ أنْ لا يَتَنَجَّسَ بِحِصَّةِ المَلِكِ اليَومِيَّةِ مِنَ الطَّعامِ وَالخَمرِ. وَلِذا طَلَبَ مِنْ أشْفْنَزَ رَئِيسِ الخُدّامِ أنْ لا يُقَدِّمَ لَهُ طَعاماً يَتَنَجَّسُ بِهِ.
