F or they have not been faithful to Me, and blood is on their hands. They have left Me for their false gods. And they gave their sons to these false gods as burnt gifts, the sons they had given to Me at birth.

Infatti hanno commesso adulterio, hanno sangue nelle loro mani; hanno commesso adulterio con i loro idoli, e gli stessi figli che mi avevano partoriti li hanno fatti passare per il fuoco perché servissero loro di pasto.
