Lamentations 2:7 ~ Lamentations 2:7

T he Lord has had nothing to do with His altar. He has left His holy place. He has given the walls of her beautiful houses over to those who hate us. They have made a noise in the house of the Lord as on the day of a special supper.

The Lord has scorned, rejected, and cast off His altar; He has abhorred and disowned His sanctuary. He has given into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces; they have raised a clamor in the house of the Lord as on a day of a solemn appointed feast.
