H ow the Lord has covered Zion with a cloud in His anger! He has thrown the shining-greatness of Israel from heaven to earth. In the day of His anger He has not remembered the place where He rests His feet.

Alef: ¡Cómo oscureció el Señor en su furor a la hija de Sion! Derribó del cielo a la tierra la hermosura de Israel, y no se acordó del estrado de sus pies en el día de su ira.
