Jeremiah 50:9 ~ Ieremia 50:9

F or I am going to raise up and bring against Babylon a group of great nations from the land of the north. They will come ready for battle against her, and she will be taken. Their arrows will be like an able soldier who does not return with empty hands.

căci, iată, voi stârni şi voi aduce împotriva Babilonului o mulţime de neamuri mari din ţara de nord. Ele se vor înşira la luptă împotriva lui şi îl vor cuceri. Săgeţile lor sunt ca ale unui viteaz priceput care nu se întoarce cu mâna goală.
