B ut the Babylonian army went after them and came to Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho. They took hold of him and brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon at Riblah in the land of Hamath. And Nebuchadnezzar decided how he should be punished.

Pero el ejército caldeo los siguió, y alcanzaron y apresaron a Sedequías en los llanos de Jericó. Entonces lo llevaron a Ribla, en tierra de Jamat, donde se encontraba el rey Nabucodonosor de Babilonia, y éste le dictó sentencia.
