Jeremiah 38:9 ~ Geremia 38:9

“ My lord the king, these men have been very sinful in all they have done to Jeremiah the man of God. They have put him in the well. And he will die there of hunger, for there is no more bread in the city.”

«O re, mio signore, quegli uomini si sono comportati male in tutto quello che hanno fatto al profeta Geremia, gettandolo nella cisterna; egli morirà di fame là dov’è, poiché non c’è più pane in città».
