Jeremiah 34:17 ~ Geremia 34:17

“ So the Lord says, ‘You have not obeyed Me. Each man has not set his brother or his neighbor free. So I am letting you free,’ says the Lord, ‘free to fall by the sword, by disease, and by hunger. I will cause you to be hated and feared by all the nations of the earth.

Perciò cosí dice l'Eterno: «Voi non mi avete ubbidito proclamando la libertà ciascuno del proprio fratello e ciascuno del proprio prossimo. Ora ecco, io proclamo a voi la libertà», dice l'Eterno, «per la spada, per la peste e per la fame e vi abbandonerò ad essere maltrattati in tutti i regni della terra.
